At MegaPack.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products (both ready-made and customized), we have a clear and fair return and refund policy Pakistan. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Return Policy (7 Days)

⏱️ Return Window

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on ready-made items. This is a standard practice in our return and refund policy Pakistan.

• Unused condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it

• Non-customized: Only ready-made items are eligible

⚠️ Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

• Signs of use: Items with obvious signs of wear or use
• Damaged items: Items not in original condition due to customer handling
• Missing parts: Items missing parts for reasons not due to our error

In such cases, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued based on the condition of the returned item.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This typically takes 2-3 business days.

💳 Refund Timeframe

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. The timeframe depends on your bank or payment provider.

🔍 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account – sometimes refunds take 2-3 days to appear
2. Contact your credit card company – processing times vary by institution
3. Check with your bank – there is often processing time before funds post
4. Contact us – if you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund

🎨 Customized Items – No Refund, No Return

These items are made specifically for your brand and cannot be resold. Therefore, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are possible on customized products. Please verify all details (design, size, quantity, colors) before placing your custom order.

🔄 Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Items)

✅ When We Replace Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. This includes:

• Manufacturing defects – printing errors, wrong specifications
• Damaged during shipping – if product arrived broken or crushed
• Wrong item sent – if you received incorrect product
• Quality issues – material not as per specification

📝 Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

1. Your order number
2. Photo of the defective/damaged item (clear images)
3. Description of the issue
4. Video proof (for damaged shipments)

We will guide you through the exchange process. Approved exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost. This is part of our commitment to a fair return and refund policy Pakistan.

🚚 Shipping Costs for Returns

❌ Order Cancellations

🕒 Before Production

If you cancel your order before production has started, you will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees (if applicable).

⚙️ After Production Started

Once production has begun on your order (especially for customized items), cancellations are not possible. This is why we require approval on digital proofs before printing.

🚚 After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, the standard return and refund policy Pakistan applies as described above.
