At MegaPack.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products (both ready-made and customized), we have a clear and fair return and refund policy Pakistan. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

⚠️ Important: Customized items (printed boxes, stickers, butter paper, etc.) are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are made specifically for your brand.

📦 Return Policy (7 Days)

🔄 Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. This includes:

  • Manufacturing defects – printing errors, wrong specifications
  • Damaged during shipping – if product arrived broken or crushed
  • Wrong item sent – if you received incorrect product
  • Quality issues – material not as per specification

📝 Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photo of the defective/damaged item (clear images)
  3. Description of the issue
  4. Video proof (for damaged shipments)
